HISTORY: This Beseler house, older than the house at 518 N.
Main, was bought from Mrs. Goepp and moved from its location beside 518 Main
Street to the back of the Lot 518 Main Street. From there it was later moved
across the street to 118 Schleicher Street.
In the late 1940's Mrs.
Charles Herbst lived in this house. Others who lived in the house were the
Clifton Meckel's; Emmeline Whitworth with her sons; then her father, Bruno Klar,
lived the last years of his life here.
The house was sold and moved to make room for the new home of Mr. and Mrs Russell Noll. Russell is the son of Mrs. Emmeline Whitworth- grand-son of Bruno Klar.
