HISTORYThe original rock house was moved to this lot from

Billingsley have worked to incorporate modern conveniences into their home while
maintaining the character of the old structure. They have used leaded and
stained glass windows collected from auctions and estate sales.
The lot
where the house stands was part of an old shooting range which ran behind the
Phillip Manor House on South Main Street.
